Anastasia L.P. Cheung

Anastasia has been an Investment Advisor to Chartwell Capital since 2012 and joined the organization full time as Managing Director in 2019. Along with the CIO, she is responsible for Chartwell’s engagement strategy, spearheading its ESG and corporate governance efforts.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Anastasia worked at HYWIN Financial in Shanghai, investing in financial, healthcare, and FMCG industries. She previously worked at CITIC Capital, specializing in alternative assets; at Siebel Systems as a business consultant; and at GarMark Advisors for mezzanine investments. She began her career as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers in New York.

Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Spanish and Thai.
