Hong Kong/Madrid, November 18, 2025 — Hong Kong-based Chartwell Capital Limited (“Chartwell Capital”) and Spain’s Santa Comba Gestión SL (“Santa Comba”), the parent holding company of Cobas Asset Management, today announced a strategic partnership to strengthen ties between Asia and Europe in value investing for market insights and investment synergies. Santa Comba is founded by Francisco García Paramés, one of Europe’s most successful fund managers.

Beyond value investing, the collaboration will involve Value School, an educational initiative supported by Santa Comba. Chartwell Institute, a think tank supported by Chartwell Capital, and Value School will share resources, co-develop content and feature thought leader interviews to promote financial literacy and investment education across Asia and Europe.

The partnership will also create opportunities for strategic introductions, delegation visits and co-investment dialogues. The two firms share a commitment to socially responsible and impact-driven initiatives, which will be explored under Santa Comba’s Global Social Impact (GSI) initiative.
