Anastasia joined Chartwell since 2012 and is now our Managing Director. Along with the CIO, she is responsible for Chartwell’s engagement strategy, spearheading its ESG and corporate governance efforts.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Anastasia worked at HYWIN Financial in Shanghai, investing in financial, healthcare, and FMCG industries. She previously worked at CITIC Capital, an alternative asset management platform; at Siebel Systems as a business consultant; and at GarMark Advisors for mezzanine investments. She began her career as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers in New York.

Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Spanish and Thai.
