HONG KONG, October 12, 2017 – Chartwell Capital Limited recently celebrated its 10-year milestone as an established Hong Kong-based asset management firm at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Exhibition Hall.

The evening event brought together more than 300 guests to listen to keynote speeches, delivered by Mr. Ronald Chan, the Founder and CIO of Chartwell Capital, and Mr. Antony Leung, the former Financial Secretary of Hong Kong and the current CEO of Nan Fung Group.

In his speech, Chan expressed his deep-rooted commitment to the financial community. “We must show our responsibility and play our part in building the financial sector here in Hong Kong,” he said. He also expressed his heart-felt thanks and gratitude saying, “I must show appreciation to those of you who have inspired me and encouraged me throughout the years.”
A cheque donation in the amount of HKD500,000 was also presented to Mr. Antony Leung, the Chairman of Food Angel, a charity that rescues edible food and redistributes it to those in need. On thanking Chartwell Capital in his speech, Mr. Leung also commented on the principles of value investing. “To me value investing is not just finding the right economical value but also really investing with the right value in heart,” he said.
