Summer is a busy time for Chartwell. With many students interning with us, we connect them to thought leaders and successful businessmen in town.

On 18 July, we invited former Chairman of the MTR (a major transport network in Hong Kong), also former finance minister, Mr. Frederick Ma, to share his career paths and life stories. Mr. Ma said that a successful leader requires three qualities: Vision, execution, and communication. If you have all, that’s great. If you don’t, then build a team that can deliver you that.
