Anastasia has joined Chartwell since 2012, first as a Senior Advisor, and currently as a Managing Director. Along with the CIO, she is responsible for Chartwell’s engagement strategy and advisory services.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Anastasia worked at HYWIN Financial Holding Group in Shanghai, focusing on M&A transactions in the financial, healthcare, and FMCG industries. She previously worked at CITIC Capital for investments in PE and hedge funds, at Siebel Systems as a business consultant, and at GarMark Advisors for mezzanine investments. She began her career as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers in New York.

Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Spanish, and Thai.
