Jack Tsai is the Portfolio Manager of Chartwell’s fixed income strategies and overseas investments across high yield, investment grade, and private credit.

He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking in Hong Kong. He started as an analyst at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, subsequently moving into credit-oriented roles in Deutsche Bank’s Special Situations Group. Prior to joining CCL, he was the head of VTB Capital’s China structured finance business. He has seen two credit cycles and has a deep relationship network in Asia.

Mr. Tsai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
